Exclamation What should I do for Backne?

I have scarring from scratching my back and such from my pimples, so what should I do about the scarring and the new zits?
I got a tan from a tanning salon, and either it made it a little better (less noticable) because I don't get any sun on my back and I am the palest mexica ever, so yeah I don't know if it made it a little better or just less noticable...

Tanning only temporarily makes your back look better. But it clogs your pores and the bacne comes back with worse with a vengeance. If it is pretty bad, then consider accutane. I just started it bc my back is out of wack. I hope it works.

Re: What should I do for Backne?

The 2 best body washes I tried for body acne are, Neutrogena Body scrub with 2% Salicylic Acid and Also Phisoderm Clear Confidence Acne BodyWash is great for body acne.
It has aloe, Chamomile, Vitamin E and 2% Salicylic Acid. Its an orange gel.
Here's what you do to make it work really good for body acne.
First I soak a bodywash spundge with water. Dont use a regular spundge. Then put some of the Phisoderm Acne BodyWash on the bodywash spundge. It should become bubbley. Once it foams up. I just take the foam part and put it on my back. The part of my back I cant reach with my fingers. I use the bodywash spundge to put on my back. Leave it on for 2 to 3 minutes. Then wash it off. I notice when you make it foam up, its makes the acne goes down with less scars.

I also found the eutrogena Body scrub with 2% Salicylic Acid to be much better then the Neutrogena body wash with 2% Salicylic Acid.

If you want to try anti biotics, the 2 best are accutaine.
Thats expensive.
Another really good anti biotic for body acne thats not to expensive is, tetracycline.

If you have really bad scars on your body from acne.
You should try a peel.
I would recommend a Salicylic acid 20% Peel.
Type in
naturalskinshop Salicylic acid 20% Peel in google. This one is really good.

You put the peel liquid on a cotton ball, then put on scar area for 2 minutes, then wash it off. Then put a moisturizer on.
The curel is a good body moisturizer.

accutane is not an antibiotic, FYI. It is a derivitave if vitamin a and diminishes oil production. Antibiotics treat bacteria.
