I use this stuff after I clean my face with biore acne face wash with 2% saliatic acid and then put 10% benzoyl peroxide on my face w8t till my face gets real dry and like whitish then put this neutrogena healthy skin face lotion with spf 15 with viatmins A, C, E... pro-vitamins b5...... alpha-hydroxy acid it kinda burns alittle bit after I put this stuff on is this oil based ne1 know?

no its not oil based. i have used it before. i didnt break out from it. i notice when i use it it clears out the black heads on my nose even... hope this hleps

One ingredient to watch for even in oil-free formulas is retinol. Retinol causes breakouts and is used in many facial moisturizers. I have always been happy with Neutrogena products and think I've used the one you mentioned before without problems.
