what script and non-script products will help get rid of red/brown spots ???

acne has ravaged my face over the past 6 years. My pimples are still annoying but what has been really bothering me latley is how ****** and rough my skin looks covered in red/brown spots. I think my face looks worse then EVER even though i actually have less pimples nowadays. what can I buy without a script. If nothing really what can i ask my derm for. Thanks all.

try using a salicylic acid topical which worked good for me and bp cream but dont over wash as it irritates the skin and make u worse if your acne is bad u should ask your derm if they will put u on accutane ive been on alot of meds like tetracycline but did not do anything for me ive had acne for about 6 year not so bad on my face but it is on my back nothing worked for me thats why the derm put me on accutane
