I had the same thing happen to me. I tried the facial cleanser with the scrubbing stuff in it and even used face lotion with salicylic acid, nothing worked. I don't know how you feel about this, but the only thing that worked for me was a facial. I actually went to a spa and had one, and I have not had the acne problem since. They use this machine to suck all the junk out of your pores. She told me the face scrub stuff isn't really good because it irritates, so I stopped using that. Now I use stuff with alpha hydroxy to clean my face and just regular face lotion. Haven't had a problem since. I think when I get stressed out I rub my forehead. I've caught myself doing it, so I'm sure that doesn't help with the pimples. Maybe it even causes them? Good luck!
