Hello well my question is what is best for reduceing redness my pimples aren't as bad it's just the redness that makes it look worse and I hate it what to use ??

Try aloe vera, I've not personally used it but many people have gotten great results of it.

I usually take like 2 advil and it makes the redeness go away within about a half hour

Yes. I totally agree with the aloe vera comment. I started using the aloe vera gel and the redness as well as pimple was significantly reduced within 3 days.

I read the following in an article from DermaDoctor:

"Once you’ve dried it out, it’s time to cover it up. One of the trade secrets of makeup artists who work on movie stars is Visine. The same stuff that “gets the red out” of your eyes can help get the red out of your face. After you’ve done your best to dry out the pimple, soak a cotton swab in Visine. Then hold the swab to the affected area for about ten seconds. The redness will disappear."

I've tried it off and on. It's not immediately noticable, but the redness does go away.

Another option is to hold an ice cube against the spot for about a minute. This will reduce swelling and redness. Quick and easy fix if you are going out.
