Does this make sense?

I feel like my acne is odd...
My forehead is the oilyest part of me, yet I get no acne on my forehead. I get some on my chin and under the jaw line.
However, as you could imagine my back and arms are the least oily yet I get the most acne there. When I say the most, I mean enough to cause me to not take my shirt off around other people.

I'm usually quite clean, and don't understand the reason for one to get acne on their back, chest, arms, etc, but not so much on their face!?

Re: Does this make sense?

if it's just acne, have you tried a body wash specifically made for acne??

I used to have acne on the top part of my arms and on my shoulders. However, my arms were really dry and itcy also. It was frustrating! I used a Neutrogena's body wash and had tiny success, but most of the acne was still there or so it looked like ... so, I went to see my derm and low and behold I have eczema! My derm prescribed me a cream to put on my arms after I shower. He also said I was taking way too hot showers which can irritate acne and my eczema.

I don't know if this helped any, but I would try an acne body wash and don't put any acne creams on your body because your skin is much different on your body than on your face.
