Re: apple cider vinegar

yeah you have to cos it stings like crazy otherwise. half acv to half water seems to be the consesus dilution on these boards.

Re: apple cider vinegar

hey i agree with diluting it. the ph is too low and can mess up your skins acid mantel.

Re: apple cider vinegar

Theres this stuff you can buy at any health food store called Aztec Indian Healing Clay...its less than $10.00 for 2 lbs of it, you can mix that with the Apple Cider Vinegar and it works wonders for your face!

Re: apple cider vinegar

When I use the Aztec I always use one capful of ACV and a couple capfuls of water. I'm not sure if you have to do that, but I do it mostly because I hate the smell of vinegar. It's worked fine for me.

Re: apple cider vinegar

No you don't have to dilute the ACV. Yeah it kinda smells but i deal with it cuz i heard its better to use it without mixing it with water, but i don't know for sure. all i know is no u don't have to dilute it!

Re: apple cider vinegar

i dilute it with more than half water, about one quarter cup av to two cups water and few drops of any essential oil will get rid of the smell,i use mandarin,/ its best to dilute it more rather than less at first and see how your skin reacts but i def wouldnt go more than half and half, way too strong.
