Post Skin broke out again!

My skin was starting to look better a few days ago (been on Retin A Micro 4 weeks and Clindagel topical antibiotic for about a week), and now it broke out again!

Could it be because the cover up makeup I have been using is not non-comedegenic (sp?)? I just found the cover stick at my parent's house about a week ago and have been using it as a coverup. The foundation I use is Almay so I know that can't be whats wrong. This is just so depressing!

Is it normal to have skin start clearing up and pimples become all flat and going away and then break out again with the bumps?

i don't know what to tell you, but i thot i'd offer my opinions anyways. I recently experienced a mild breakout, i think it may have been due to a moisturizer switch. Is there anything else you changed? Eating habits? Stress level?

Best of luck, hopefully the worst is already over.

Luna..How old is the coverup? If it's old, throw it out,or cut off the end of it for fresh stuff. If you used the coverup when you were breaking out{just to say}the bacteria is still on it.Mabe by new stuff that's hypoallergenic? It's like lipstick. If you had chapped lips or a cold sore would you still use it?No you probably wouldn't.My suggestion is to either cut the end off or buy new stuff.

Thanks! I think I will go out and buy a new one and make sure its an oil-free one. This one could be pretty old. It doesn't look new at all.

i think you are supposed to be curing in week 6-8. The commercial says full results after 7 weeks. Thar's probably not true, but i think its ridiculous that you are supposed to break out for 6-8 weeks.
