Dr,

I stopped it too after because it made my face so red and flaky. I tried to stick it out but I worked a bank at the time and I just couldn't stand it when I had to look at people in the face all day. You might want to look into Retin-A Micro, supposed to be as effective with lest irritation. Also if it is for scars you should try skin biology's copper peptide serum. I have been using it for about a month now and it is great for healing.

is the CP serum just for marks?.. cause one site said its recommended over retin a...does it do anything to prevent acne.. cause retin a does both no? so are you suggesting this in place of retin.. or is this just for red mark treatments? can i get it only online?

You can only get retin A from a Dr. If you don't have a derm, your family Dr. can give you a prescription. You can probably order it online, but I wouldn't--I'm cautious of ordering prescription drugs online.

There is retin-a(I don't know if they even prescribe this anymore, anyone?) Retin-A micro.05 and 1 %, which is what I use. Then there is avita, which is in a cream, lower concentration, and less irritating, and tazorac, which I don't know much about, except it's a retinoid derivitave.

Are you looking to get rid of acne or scars, or both?
