| | milk and acne?????
I just wanted to ask everyone who believes diet affects their acne if milk really breaks them out? and if so what kind of milk (eg. skim milk/soy milk). Also what do you think it is about milk that does it(Carbs, iodine)?
Personally, i firmly believe that foods do cause a significant difference in acne and cutting out things like bread, cereal and rice is ok, but i think milk is too important to get rid of from our diet. I've read on some other posts that cows are given hormones or something and that causes the milk we drink to break us out. I also read that acidophilous milk is an exception to this. So i guess im looking for advice from people who have tried different types of milk and noticed a difference in their acne. Is there a type of milk (soy/skim) you prefer that doesnt affect acne as much or doesnt break you out?
