Retina-A and Retin-A Micro

What is the difference between the two or are they the same thing??

Retin-A is supposedly more drying than Retin-A Micro. You're supposed to wait 30 minutes after washing your face to put it on.

Retin-A Micro is usually more effective. It is less drying and it can be put on right after washing the face.
