HELP PLEASE!!!!!! concerning perricone diet
I have a question id like to know about the perricone diet....
What does perricone think about buckwheat?!?!? Cause I tried eating just barley and oats but my digestive system was kinda slow and buckwheat just seems to help me quite alot in that department.... I already ate flax seeds with oats and barley but it wasnt enough and the buckwheat really helps... Is buckwheat considered inflammatory??

Buckwheat is perfect. You should especially try out Buckwheat Farinetta if you can find it.
