Sunburn!

I layed out today (used SPF by the way!) and still managed to sunburn horribly on my chest and shoulders. This post really has nothing to do about acne, but I am sooo paranoid about sunburns and getting skin cancer!! I know to use aloe vera, but does anyone else know anything else I can do to ease the trauma I caused to my skin today??
