you could eat salads with alot of different things in them..such as add cucumbers, avocados, carrots, nuts, cabbage, bean sprouts, peppers...etc. You can mix any you want together
Fruit is good, I personally love apples! They have natural sugars so it shouldn't harm your skin. Blueberries are also great...
I dont eat meat so I am not going to recommend it since I dont really know which is good for your skin
Soy is excellent for skin both internally and externally
Incorporate Dark green-leafy vegetables into your diet.
Here's a recipe that I love and I have posted it somewhere on here before:
Avocado Delight Sandwich
Ingredients (use vegan versions or non-vegan versions):
2 slices whole wheat vegan bread, preferably 7 grain or more
1 avocado, sliced and peeled - slightly salted
2 tablespoon vegan mayo
1/4 cup bean sprouts
2 slices of tomato
1 slice tofu or vegan cheese
4 tablespoon sunflower seeds (already out of shell)
Drink tons of water....I just started putting lemon in mine so I'll see how that goes.
