I know that wearing makeup while sweating and exercising is supposed to be bad for the skin, but I just CAN'T go barefaced outside jogging! I am starting up an exercise regimine today, and there is no way I am going to go jogging around the block with no skin makeup on. That sounds so dumb, but I mean, I can't even check the mail without something on my face
Does anyone else workout with makeup on, and if so, do you really notice an increase in breakouts after doing so?? Does it reeeallly make a big difference?
