ummm...What kind of acne do you have? If you dont have severe acne and your skin is somewhat sensitive, i'd say ask for Klaron (they probably would give you that first if your skin wasnt bad). I havent really had any luck with the topical treatments, but Zoderm and Benzaclin help get rid of individual pimples the best for me. They both consist of B. Peroxide...Karon is a sulfacetamide solution. I never stuck with Retin-A or Differin so I dont know if they would work in the long term.
