Tanning beds and Acne??
Okay, so I heard from a few people that tanning is good for acne...and I was wondering if this was true..

I agree, it does help. Years ago, when I went to the derm for my acne, he would always put me under a sunlamp for about 10 minutes to help clear it up.

lol weren't ppl in the other thread syaing it was overall bad for acne? ----> or was that just for redspots? (btw i know its bad for cancer and wrinkles)

does it mean Tanning as in sitting in the sun getting a tan, or a fake tan?

For red spots not so good, But if you dont get zits you wont get red spots .

I have some red markings on the side of my face, and as seeing how some of you said it's not so good for that....how would that affect it?

For some people the sun or tanning bed darkens the red spots
