Hello people

Dove soap is really bad for causing break outs, It contains coconut acid which blocks pores and causes break outs.

I would stay away from any soap that contains coconut acid

Who told you this? My derm actually told me to wash my face with dove soap. Anybody else heard that washing your face with dove soap is bad????

I have always washed w/ dove soap for sensitive skin. It helps my skin to calm down and takes away the redness. My derm. told me it is a great cleanser.

I used dove soap, it was the best soap or face wash I used until I found out about grapefruit seed extract. Then I looked online or on here I guess for products that contained it and found nutribiotic face wash, they have one for dry skin. I use the regular one, even though I have very dry flaky skin. I find that it takes off the flakes and buildup on the skin. I would NEVER go back to dove soap EVER again.
