Nutribiotic Facial Cleanser

I used Dove soap for the longest time, I didn't help, but it didn't make anything worse. Nutribiotic face wash contains grapefruit seed extract which is an antibiotic and is used in hospitals for cleaning. I have really dry and sensitive skin but this stuff I couldn't live without. It's like $6.15 in vitamin shoppe and in healthfood stores it's $6.95. They make a moisturizing one but I haven't used that one, the regular one works fine on me, I guess I'm afraid to mess anything up. Currently, I have NO zits. 4 months ago it looked like my face had been eaten away by a flesh-eating bacteria. I haven't had completely clear skin in about 3 years. I mean, there are other things I do to keep clear, but I would be nowhere if it wasn't for this nutribiotic stuff.

The other stuff I do is sort of expensive, but here it is:
Olay Total Effects 7x Moisturizer Fragrance-Free
Nature's Cure- I mainly use it for the cream with 5% benzoyl peroxide, which is better than Oxy because Oxy contains 10%. This stuff is mixed with the olay, then I PAT it on my face.
I've stopped rubbing stuff on my face, even smoothing it across my face, all I do now is pat stuff on, like smear it on my hands then pat it on so nothing gets clogged.
I use neosporin and pat it on a small layer on dry spots and scars, which there are many, but they've faded 70% because of this next stuff
St. Ives Hydroxy Peel-off masque which oddly enough is only avaliable I've found at Wal-Mart. I use it twice a week. I prevents pimples and gets rid of those weird wax-like blackheads or whatever they are, it just pulls them out. It's like $2.47 at wal-mart.

I also take Vitamins. For a while I went crazy and was taking 12 different pills a day, like omega-3's and 6's, b-complex, ummm, alpha-lipoic acid, I forget what else, but now I only take 4, 3 for acne and 1 for my heart (folic acid)
Vitamin E- 400 I.U.
Vitamin C- 500mg I think, u can take as much as u want, it's water soluble
Vitamin A- 10,000 I.U., that's the max u should take, I think I might switch to 5,000 and take it twice a day because your body can't absorb that much at once.

Well, that's it. If u have skin smoothness problems, u should take grapeseed extract, oh yeah, that's another one I used to take. I drink green tea, organic, Long Life. I don't drink that much water, but I try. I try to stay away from sugar, because everytime I take in a lot of sugar, my skin becomes uneven.

Re: Nutribiotic Facial Cleanser

ohh!! before I forget. If you have zits around your hairline or just on your forehead, it's probably due to what you use in your hair and it rubbing off on your pillow at night. I had the worst closed comedones on my forehead, and not one doctor told me about what I was using on my hair!!! Well, I went on here and found out it may have been in my herbal essences shampoo, so I switched to head n shoulders and I haven't had them since, it didn't go away right away, It may have even been a combo of headnshoulders and the nutribiotic face wash, this was before I started using all the other stuff, like nature's cure and olay
