Question showering to often causes acne
Hey everyone

Does anyone shower twice a day? And did you notice a difference with acne.

I myself sometimes shower twice a day, and on the days when i do that it seems like i get a new pimple that night.

i don't shower (its too cold), sometimes i do, but if i want to wash i take a bath mostly, not twice a day, once or every other night....but i really don't think showering causes acne...

Showering does not cause acne. You need to shower at least once a day . Personal hygiene is very important. You can shower once a day and take a bath once a day if you like. but it does not cause acne unless you wash your face with conditioner .
What acne meds are you on

I'm currently taking acuzine(day 6) It's a all natural skin care supplement
Havn't seen any results but it's to early to tell
