 Slow Healing From a Pimple
I had what I thought was a pimple on my arm, and another on my chest. Strangely enough they both kind of line up (maybe an allergic reaction to something?) Strangely enough I tend to sleep on the side where this happened.
Needless to say I squeezed them and now both spots are taking a while to heal. I can be a bit of a picker, and sometimes pick at spots that are healing, a bad habit I know.
Is there anything I can do to help the process along and to minimize any possible scarring. The spots aren't big, but any help would be appreciated.
