I just had a quick question here and it was hard to find relevant information on the search. Is green tea good or bad for your skin? I understand that it kills free radicals and detoxifys, but it also has a lot of caffiene. I also understand that caffiene is one of the worst things for our skin. Can anyone attest to this? Is caffiene really bad for the skin or is it okay to have if you drink it in green tea?
I have awful acne and I have been drinking Jamba Juice's matcha green tea with soymilk almost everyday, I can't tell yet if it will be good or bad for my skin but I would really like to know if caffiene can be detrimental. Thanks.
Jamba Juice = NO good! Although you may think you are ordering a healthy drink, their juices/smoothies/beverages are loaded with addetives and sugars that usually cancel out any potential health benefits.
If I were you, I would stick to just brewing your own green tea. Try Lipton's 100% natural green tea. This way you know that everything is all natural with no added sugars or juices.
i dont drink any kind of tea, only water. so to make green tea, just buy the Lipton Green Tea bags and put it in a cup of water, and then drink? How long does it soak in the water for?
