i havent used vita k but i have similar problems to you. i think using a vitamin a derivative like retin a and a hydroquinone product in conjunction is best for brown hyperpigmntation and acne. i have been on this plan for 4 weeks and seeing good results. don't know if this helps, but i like it.

I actually did use Retin A which was the worst experience of my life!!! I broke out the worst I ever have and the "initial" breakout never cleared up!! lol! So now am on B5, which is pretty good. But I wanna get rid of those red spots. EESSHHH

Hey, I'm a happy user of Vita K solution. I use the lotion as my moisturisor. I think it's great, and when my face feels a little tight from my differen gel or other topical medication application, this stuff is what I use to make my skin feel better. It definitly helped me clear up red scars on my face and it faded them faster than leaving them alone. We can buy it in our local Walgreen's and I've seen it at Kmart. Try it out to see how you like it.

Thumbs down

Ew I hated the Vitamin K stuff I got. It was mad expensive too and made my skin really break out. Not like regular blemishes either, huge ones!
