Scars and getting on with life
 

Hi,
a month ago i suffered a minor injury which has left me with a small scar on my face, within time i think it will probably fade like some of my previous scars have done but in the mean time i am really self concious of this blemish. I've been reluctant to go out lately and i am not my usual happy self, usually i'm always here there and everywhere but at the moment i only feel comfortable at home.
I know this may sound like an excageration but i am finding it difficult to get on with my life as all i seem to think about is this scar and all i seem to do is look at it every time i pass a mirror.
If anyone could give me some advice on how they came to terms with their scars i would be really grateful.
