Well it seems like i never ever win. I had that huge lump, it went down just a mark there now, but it doesnt look to horrible. Another spot a reoccuring one havent had one for months came back again and my face isnt the same on one side a lump.

My question is. Is 1 percent hydrocorison to harsh for the face with permanent dammage etc? It says for the irritation of cosemetics i can be used for and usually u put that on ur face. SO can i use this on the bump? What are the bad results

You can use hydrocortisone but you can't use it for extended periods of time. In other words you can only use it every so often, not as your primary source of treatment. Prolonged use can destroy collagen and cause skin fragility.

Don't quote me on this but I remember reading someone state on this board that it makes the skin thinner (facial skin being thin) so your not to apply it on your face?
