It's the carbs (for me)

i've been testing the low/no carbs thing and it def works.. i would eat low/no carbs for about 2 weeks and then eat a bunch in 1 day.. every time i would break out with 3 or 4 new ones within a matter of hours.. for example last night i tried it again.. after eating no carbs for about 10 days i ate a bag of popcorn in about 10 minutes.. (about 50 carbs) and i broke out within hours.. i think others should try this approach to see if it works
