well yeah..self-explanatory title..um well i have moderate (only during my periods) acne and mild acne so differin worked in like 2-3 weeks. and i put it in the morning and at night even though it says only to put it once. but i do twice, which seems to be working faster. my forehead is 98% clear and also the area around my nose. so yeah i recommend it for mild/moderate acne!!

Yeah I started using differin about 4 months ago my derm. told me to only use it at night. It has really cleared me up along with other things I have been doing. But I think that Differin really only works for people with mild to moderate acne. I think some people try to use it on severe acne and it just won't do the trick.
