Ive never really had acne on my inner thigh but I do get it in my pubic region from time to time.. pretty much any where on my body that has hair. Acne should not be there for a long period, ie it might go & come back but you would not really get a boil or spot or whatever for years. I agree with the previous post, you could have a fungal infection or have eczema or maybe its just as a result of friction on the skin. Some guys get whats called jock rash from playing sports where they get itchy red inner thighs from the friction. I dont see why you would be embarressed about it with a doc, they should know straight off what it is.
