at first glance, it may seem like you're making you're skin look better by taking away the white part of the acne, and it does seem to go away faster. However, you are actually irritating your skin even more, as well as spreading all the oil around that area. In time, you will actually worsen you're skin and create more acne-prone areas on your skin. I know it's tough not to fall into temptation, but you really gotta resist. Instead of popping them or trying to find out how to handle those single pimples, maybe you should consider looking into the big picture. Why do you get them--poor hygeines, need of an internal cleansing? There are many factors that can be fixed so you do not hafta worry about whether you should pop it or not.
Well my diet kinda kicks ***, I eat very clean no processed foods, Although I am on a bulkign diet for lifitng so i eat A LOT. Tons of Chicken, tuna, brown rice, veggies, nuts and fruits. Right now I'm about to head to the hippy grocery store and I'm gonna buy some ****. I'm thinking perhaps trying this whole digestive system cleanse to see if it will help me, I'm not into this whole newage nonsense but I figure it's worth a shot right?
