Adoxa

Ive been taking 200 mg a day of Adoxa Doxycycline tablets for about a week and a half and i'm still breaking out a lot.
I used to take less a day - 100mg and it really helped me a lot and now i'm afraid i'm immune to it or something.

Does anyone know anything about how Doxy works? or why this is happening
