I have mild acne. Basically every week I'm having to battle with new spots but generally I can have a bad breakout one day and then say 2 days later it's nearly completely healed so I guess my problem is current acne (I have combination skin) I've never suffered from cystic acne. I need something that I can apply to the spots that works and clears it up quick. I was reading a few posts about RetinA and how some people have had good effects. Can you buy this from chemists/drugstores?

Yes, all over the internet. Its not sold in the US, but you can buy products overseas and they will ship them here. You can really find it anywhere on a search.

In your opinion would you say it would work on mild acne? Do you apply to the whole face or on the individual spot?

i would say use retin a micro if you have mild acne.
