lump on nose

I still have a lump on the end of my nose from what was once a spot. Its a big hard lump that just doesnt seem to wanna go down. Its been about 3 or 4 weeks now and its still there. I've tried aspirin bomb, ive tried bp, ive tried salt, nothing seems to make it go down. Do lumps/spots on the nose area tend to take longer to go down? I admit to picking and squeezing so i've probably worsened it. It is likely to scar as a lump? Im really worried, why isnt it going down? It used to hurt but it doesnt hurt anymore, its just a hard lump, yes hard not soft. Please what can i do to make it go flat again?
