Question New to this, looking for some advice please!

Hello, I'm now 20 years old and I have never had acne my entire life. Maybe a pimple here and there around my periode but thats it. Recently I have been getting large amounts of pimples all around my forehead and my chin, not just little pimples, I'm talking HUGE ones. You can't hide them with a mask even! I've only ever used warm water to wash my face, because that's all I ever needed, but now with pimples starting to appear I'm wondering if I should use some sort of face wash. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on what creams/cleansers work well to help eliminate and reduce the size of these pimples. I'm not sure what brought them on, but I think it may be my work environment. I've recently started working full time at a fast food restaurant and over the summer it's been extremely hot due to no A/C. Some of my friends have been telling me that I'm starting to break out because of the sweat.
Just looking to see if someone with a little more experiance with pimples can help me out to get rid of these suckers!
Thanks,
Megan.

Have you ever been on any type of birth control pill? You need to find the cause of this problem before you can start treating it. Don't just start using random things because that is what I did and it made everything worse. Try keeping your face cleaner when you are at work and washing every night when you go home with a gentle cleanser like Dove soap for sensitive skin. If things aren't getting any better I would get a appointment with a derm. immediatly. Acne is one of those things that the longer you let it go the worse it is going to get.
