Upper Lip Dry Patch / Zit

Hello all,

a few days i go, i got what appeared to be a small "spot" right on the middle of my upper lip, at the base of the "v" shape in the lip?? you know where i mean?

The spot cleared, but its left an annoying brown patch of 'dry skin' which feels like its cracking, and feels quite annoying (eg: keep prodding the area with my tongue etc).

I dont get cold-sores etc, but i do have acne which gives me whiteheads etc - but dont think you can get acne there???

Any thoughts as to what this could be? is it something worth being concerned about? or is it probably a normal thing which im getting far too worried about>?

I'm not sure what you're spot is. I do get lots of blackheads around the edges of my lips, so it's possible to have acne there.

Don't worry about it. That happens to me whenever I get a spot on my lip. It's just the dead layers of skin drying up and cracking off. I actually have one on my lip right now. It's driving me nuts.
