Post Icing hormonal flare ups

I've managed to prevent some hormonal breakouts a lot lately by applying an icepak covered with a papertowel to my face and neck when ever I get that itchy , hot feeling on my face and neck when my hormones are flaring .It really helps a lot. Just thought I'd mention it as it might help someone else who has super sensitive skin like I do that can't tolerate a lot of those chemicals and oils out there.

Icepacks are good. They don't prevent my pimples, but they take the colour out of my red ones!

I really rec. this too...it helps a lot with not just hormonal flare ups but with cysts. Just don't give yourself frost-bite! Keep the ice in one area just until it feels right...
