Re: Need help to reduce stress
Stress indirectly causes acne in some people. As in, you're stressing out, which causes hormonal changes, which leads to acne popping up in some people.
It's suggested that 5-10 minutes of meditation time per day can help. It doesn't have to be anything crazy. Just find a calm, peaceful place that you'll feel safe and be uninterrupted. Sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes. Practice deep breathing, look inside yourself... Yoga's always good too!
I always prefer to find help outside of internal medications and drugs. Although, some herbal teas can aid in reducing stress. I would suggest staying away from taking pills and such until you've tried other methods.
