It takes a lot to leave 'em alone, true.

No worries, it's just inflammation, because once you pop them, bacteria spread around it and irritate the skin along with squeezing.
You can treat them with something antibacterial.
I pop any pustules before my routine cleansing and then use a toner.

I would apply Polysporin. It's anti-baterial and also prevents scarring (indents).

Re: Red Spots after squeezing pimples--HELP

You're a candidate for Plantidote from Origins. I posted about this a while ago, and you can go find the thread so I won't be repeating everything. This serum was made for you, read about how it's helped my family! Plantidote was MADE for inflammation! Also, one must be careful when "using a toner" because they're ALL not alike. The perception is that they're all astringents, and you may not need one. Most are just Witch Hazel, rubbing alcohol, and a little PERFUME, that you don't need. Get one appropriate for your skin type. Also, the best advice I could give is never wash with HOT water, or too cold either. Either one will shock your skin and cause more damage, especially redness and worse acne.

Good luck!
