 THIS REGIME WORKS TOTALLY!!
I dont know if you guys know about this information yet, but its regiment is clearing people up by the hundreds. I have talked to many people that use this regiment and it works..
Here is the regiment I use for perfect skin:
-Johnson & Johnson Purpose Bar (Hypo Allergenic:Oil-Free:Wont Clog Pores:Perfect 4 acne)
-wait 10-15 minutes
-apply Neutrogena On-The-Spot Cream (2.5% BP) to bad areas (Apply it very lightly until its absorbed, use thick layer too)
-wait 10-15 minutes
-Apply Neutrogena 15spf Sensitive Skin Moisturizer (Apply it lightly and generously)
** The key here is to be very gently with your face **
** NEVER PICK IT.. NEVER TOUCH IT WITH YOUR DRY HANDS **
** NEVER USE A RAG, ALLWAYS USE HANDS WITH SOAP **
once in the morning and once at night. I shave with the purpose bar too..
I have found out that the less irritants you use on the face, the better. You want products for sensitive skin.
It took me about 2 months to totally clear my mild acne..It doesnt cost much either.. about 30 bucks for a months supply..
