Most males do not need extra iron in their body.
Heck, you don't even need extra anything in your body. The cavemen didn't take any multi-vitamins.
The food you eat everyday (healthy) is converted into the proper nutrients your body needs. Sometimes, when you add an extra multi-vitamim, your body gets a bad reaction to it = acne.
I and most people prefer 'no iron.' Too much iron is very harmful to the immune system.
Iron is used for people (females mostly) who have low blood pressure. Males generally do not take iron. Also, remember to get a vitamin with no iodine and never over-do multi's. Just stick to one per day or every other day - no matter what the suggested use says. Trust me, those companies want you to run out of this stuff so you can buy more. If you take too much, you might break out. Use common sense.
