Well, acne i guess is something you known you have. That's a tough question cause i don't have teenager spots, i have spots from taking certain medicines and like being in the sun not being protected. I was born with spots too and redness ....so with those spots, redness and acne , my face looks like crap. I heard teen spots are just part of hormonal changes to put it simply. (If that helps) Not sure if they are for real but i know i have spots that arent acne. Goodluck with it all.
