Post Products, Does brand names matter?

I was just wondering if it would make any difference at all when buying stuff like BP, and aloe vera gel?

Like buying BP from no name is about 4 times cheaper plus a bigger tube than other makes like Neutrogena.

I dont if I got lucky, but I just bought a huge bottle of aloe vera gel, no name and its 100% natural. Also, I heard you can use this stuff as a moisturizer is that true? And does it cut down on the production of oil?

No, name brands don't really matter. What matters most are the ingredients. The less ingredients, the better. It is more pure.
