Have anyone tried putting Antibiotic Ointment on their cysts or pimples??? if so, give me feedback on some results, did it work well or not??? and how long before the ointment gets rid of the cysts???

Nothing worked for me on cysts but topical RX treatment (Differin in the PM and Benzaclin in the AM). I know how tough those things are....

Not exactly First-Aid, but also antibiotic ointment Neosporin and Polysporin. They work very well after the zit is popped or beginning to heal.

yep, i use neosporin. if its really painful and big, sometimes i mix it with a tiny bit of persagel.

ointments won't do a thing to help heal a cyst or pimple because it is under the skin. It may help moisturize the skin and minimize scarring though, but unless the pimple has popped and there is an open wound (and even then all it would do is prevent further infection), it won't make it go away any faster.
