Yes, adult acne definately sucks--I'm 32. I am much better now, and grateful for it, but for 2 and a half years it was rough.
Usually, the people whom get adult acne had it when they were younger--they don't know why. Also, women get it more frequently than men--probably hormones. It is also more difficult to get under control.
Are you using topicals in addition to BCP?
