Question Finacea(azelaic acid 15% gel)
Recently given a sample of this. Derm says it has a bleaching agent in it to help with hyperpigmentation and red spots from healing acne.

Anyone care to comment on this?

Yea, it do help with hyperpigmentation as well as acne. I used it along side with retin-a , but i had to get of it because it made my face very pale looking.

thanks bk13!! How long did you use it for?? I am seeing a slight fading in just a few days of using this.

I asked my derm for a fade cream and thats how I ended up with this stuff. It is primarily for Roseacea patients. I hope it can help to even me out....I'm olive toned, so even when a pimple is gone, it still looks like it's there due to the long time it takes to fade.
