Red face never break out where hair grows?
well i've noticed that i pretty much never break out where facial hair grows, chin, jawline and above lip... my skin here is so perfect but its everywhere else that i break out.. is there any significance to this?

I don't know what to say. I'm just the opposite. I mainly breakout where you mentioned, but I just break out really everywhere...so go figure. I'm sorry, I wish I could offer you some help.
