Post tired of this rough feeling skin, what to do?

My skin is rough feeling all over, even in the areas that I don't break out in. It isn't noticeable to the naked eye (at least at think so!) but I feel it when I wash my face. I hate the feeling. So what can I do? Anyone else have the same prob? Thanx for all replies.
