Okay I am reading a lot of great stories, about things I have never heard of. B5 what is it, where do you get it and is it only a prescribed medicine, sypro or whatever the "s" word is, same question there. I am 25 yrs old, and have had horrible acne problems since 5th grade! I have tried every single cleanser you can buy over the counter and none have ever worked. I guess I decided a long time ago I would just have to live with it and that's that. (Realizing it wasn't going away as I got oler) I have never seeked out dermatologist help, fear of pricing I think, my parents never took me anyway, I figure that's why. So if any one can clue me in here, I would so much appreciate it, email me if possible! Thanks Amy!!!!
Vitamin B5, also known as Pantothenic Acid. It's in the "B" group of vitamins. In the US, you can get it at drugstores, GNC, or health food stores. Poreoilyme has done some good posts on it if you search the board.

thanks for your reply, I am researching the boards and ofcourse other technical areas to determine correct dosage, etc, etc. This sounds like a God send, (fingers crossed) My acne is as bad now as it was when i was still a teenager, but I do still get it, however I think my scars are what has mostly taken over. I appreciate your helping me out here. I am going to locate this product somewhere, and begin trying it and I will certainly let you know if I see good results. Thanks again
