The website of Sage skincare
has lists of foundtions, blushes, sunscreens, shampoos, etc. that are mostly noncomedogenic. They also have a fantastic list of ingredients and ratings for how comedogenic and irritating they are. It is the article about being an Acne Detective.
Mostly, I go with stuff that does not contain fragrance because fragrance is the most comedogenic ingredient for me. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/idea.gif
Jim, I have to agree with you that just because a bottle says that the product is noncomedogenic, it is most definitely NOT
always true!!! In her books, Paula Begoun explains that practically anyone
can slap that claim on, and that it really does not mean anything!
Almost all Neutrogena products, for example, contain fragrance, coloring, and other ingredients that can be very comedogenic.
I don't trust them for a second!
