 azelaic acid(skinoren)
Hi. I am new here and I have read many horror and success stories. I have had moderate acne since 15. I am now 20. There have been three seperate occasions. Once when I was 15, I took doxycycline and used BP 10% and it completely went away. When i was 18, it came back, and I took I think tetrecycline or something called cephalexin and BP 10% and it went away. Now i am almost 21, and it came back. I tried doxycycline again, but i dont think it works. I dont like takin antibios so i stopped and just use benzymycin. It got better, but my skin is now dry and flaky. I have acne around my jawline and around my temple area. I read about Azelaic acid and I have just ordered Skinoren. One thing i worry about is the fact that I have really oily skin. I was wondering can I still use the Benzymycin at night and the Skinoren in the morning or vice versa? I just want it to go away completely. People with success or horror stories, please respond about azelex or skinoren or anything please!!! THanks.
