It really worked ... Paula's Choice sending samples 2 me
they said they would be happy to send me a sample of the 1% BHA lotion ... that's really cool ... I've never heard of anyone doing that ... can't wait to try it .. hope it works like everyone says ... any tips or advice on how and when to use Paula's Choice 1% BHA lotion ? I was thinking of just using it during the day and my trusty BP at night ... sound like a good way to start ???
all I did was click on the link that lets you email customer service and just told them my name and address and stuff and said I heard of them through an acne forum message board and that their products got great reviews on there. I said I was interested in trying the 1% BHA and could I get a sample to see if it was right for me... they emailed me back and said they would send my requested product and a catalog RIGHT AWAY ... what excellent customer service

Paula's Choice really does have fantastic customer service! You can also request free samples of all of the cleansers, toners, AHA, moisturizers, BPO products, etc! My true loves are the 1% and 2% BHAs, though. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/love1.gif
yeah but the thing is you need to use bha's a few weeks every day before they start working to exfoliate skin.......your sample may not be enuf to do that. Just telling you......but I also love Paula's products-they are sending me foundation samples ........they rock
I think I'll go ahead and order the 1% BHA so that way by the time my sample runs out (if I use a little at a time) the full size product will be here ... I just hope that I'm not making a mistake

I read your posts and emailed them and got an INSTANT reply! I am getting samples of the 1% BHA. My only problem is my chin. Seems like at least every other month I break out with pimples only on my chin (Thank God that's all .. Right?) But it's enough to "get to me" I am 36 years old, I never thought I would have acne problems at my age...
Does anyone else have a problem only on their chin?

I too have the breakouts on my chin ... but I'm beginning to think it's from my shaving b/c my chin area is the hardset for me to shave and I get ingrown hairs and also whiteheads ... but that's just me
donna, i too only get pimples on my chin, jawline area. the rest of my face is pimple, oil free. while my chin and jaw breaks out all the time and is always oily! so frustrating, why only the chin?

When my health insurance kicks in I think I may go to a dermatologist for help? Have you tried that?
so I bit the bullet and already placed my order for the 1% BHA lotion ... but I bet it will take a long time to get here b/c it comes from Seattle and I live in North Carolina .. but it'll be worth the wait ... in the meantime, I guess I could try Clearasil Acne Moisturizer to get my skin used to BHA .. Paula herself said this was an option for a BHA lotion that has a ph of 3.5 so it will actually exfoliate inside my pores .. but it has 2% BHA ... does that mean the PC 1% BHA won't exfoliate inside the pore ?? just a thought
I thought so but just wanted to make sure.... seems like the lower concentrations of acne meds like BP and BHA tend to work better than the higher concentrations without all the unessecary side efeects
